The 2012 Pitching Clinic will be held on Sunday, February 12th, with two sessions:

Ages 6-10 years: 1:00pm - 2:15pm
Ages 11-14 years: 2:30pm - 3:45pm

Both sessions will be held at the Hilliard Bradley High School Field House. Coaches from the Bradley & Darby softball teams as well as current & former players will be on hand to provide pitching instruction. The cost for each session is $10.

The Hilliard Girls' Softball Association is now accepting applications for the 2012 season. Paper applications will be accepted through February 11, 2012; electronic applications will be accepted through February 29, 2012.

The following registration methods are available:

• On-Line Registration & Payment: This is the only form of registration and payment accepted at this time. Paper applications will be available in the next week or so.  Please use the link below to register online.  It will walk you through the application and provide you with an instant email confirmation of your registration.  Please note: You must send in the application & pay in one sitting.  If you do not complete the payment step, you will need to fill out the application a second time before paying.

• Walk-In Registration: Walk-in registration will be Saturday, February 11 from 11am-1pm at the Hilliard Community Center. For faster registration, please print out the registration form below and fill it out prior to coming to the Community Center.
  
  
• Mail-In Registration: You may download, print, and submit the paper application by clicking one of the links below and mailing your application and payment to hGsa. Your application must be postmarked by February 11, 2012 to be accepted.

Minors / U-8 Registration Fee: $80
U-10 / U-12 / Majors Registration Fee: $90

Please note: Per ASA guidelines, players are placed in a league based on their age as of December 31st, 2011. This means that players will play as follows:

Players may not play up into another age group.

The 2012 Winter Clinics will be held the following Sundays: January 8, 15, and 22, from 12:30-3:00pm. All three sessions will be held at the Hilliard Darby High School Fieldhouse. All hGsa players are invited to attend. This is a great opportunity for hGsa players to work with players from the Hilliard Darby and Hilliard Bradley High School softball teams as well as the Hilliard Cats Summer Flyte teams. The cost for all three sessions is $60.

Planning for the 2012 summer season is well underway. Planning committees are now accepting proposals for uniforms, photos, and trophies. If you would like your business to be considered please submit a bid today. Applications are available using the links below:
